Who is responsible

Aiman Zainal is responsible for the information collected through this website. Contact address: main.caption@captionato.tech. For privacy requests, email main.caption@captionato.tech.

What you share

We collect your email address, the page you registered from, registration and update dates, and the version of the research-contact notice you agreed to. We do not ask for your name, phone number, employer, or demographic details.

Why we use it

By choosing “Register interest”, you agree that Akar may contact you directly about product research. Registration does not reserve a shirt or guarantee that we will contact you. We do not automatically add you to marketing emails.

Your choice

You can withdraw your permission or request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Send your request to main.caption@captionato.tech.

How we protect it

Email addresses are stored encrypted, with access limited to people who need them for Akar’s research. Our hosting provider may process information as needed to operate the website. We do not sell your email address.

For abuse prevention, the server temporarily holds a keyed identifier derived from the connection address. Raw connection addresses are not stored with interest records.

How long we keep it

Interest records expire 365 days after the most recent registration unless you withdraw earlier. Expired records are removed from the active register. Copies in any operator-managed backups may remain until those backups expire; restored records must be checked for expiry before use.

Cookies and measurement

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It saves a browser-tab setting to play the introductory animation once. That setting contains no contact information. Fonts are served directly by this website.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page if the way we handle information changes. A new purpose would require an appropriate new notice and permission.
